MAN CAUGHT PLEASURING HIMSELF DURING A PRISON TRANSFER
Bryan McDowell from Burntisland is facing potential imprisonment after being observed pleasuring himself during a prisoner transfer.In November 2019, the 28-year-old was being moved from Perth Police Station to a different facility in Glasgow, under the custody of security provider GEOAmey, as reported by Stirling Sheriff Court.
As the van approached the Keir Roundabout near Dunblane, the officers in the vehicle’s front noticed on the CCTV footage what McDowell was doing and ordered him to stop.
He ignored their requests and continued his conduct.
During a court hearing, McDowell pleaded guilty to intentionally exposing a sexual image by performing a sex act with his penis exposed while inside the van close to Dunblane’s Keir Roundabout.
He was aware that his conduct was being recorded and supervised by GEOAmey staff at the time he committed the act.
