ACCRINGTON PERVERT BRIAN BLEASDALE JAILED FOR FLASHING AND SEX OFFENCES
A PROLIFIC pervert who "flashed" at a woman only two months after being sentenced for similar offences has now been jailed for 35 weeks.
Brian Bleasdale, aged 56, has a long history of sex offences spanning over 40 years, which include assaulting young girls and exposing himself to college students, as reported in Burnley Crown Court.
It was revealed that Bleasdale had a catalogue of crimes that include flashing from his home window, directly opposite Moorhead High School in Accrington, and failing to comply with the Sex Offenders Register.
Bleasdale admitted to exposing himself and breaching the register.
The court's previous leniency in awarding a community order was noted, but Judge Norman Wright emphasized the seriousness of his actions, stating, "I don't think you appreciate, and I wish you would, how serious your behaviour is.
You seem to be motivated purely by your own sexual gratification, without any thought for the impact of your behaviour on the victims".
