METHIL MAN SENTENCED AFTER DOMESTIC ABUSE CAMPAIGN
A disturbing domestic abuse case heard at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court has resulted in court orders being imposed against an offender following a violent and controlling relationship.
The survivor has described a terrifying pattern of abuse that included spitting, physical assaults, and deliberate intimidation.
In one incident, she was kicked in the chest, had objects thrown at her, and suffered fractured fingers.
She also describes being deliberately isolated — prevented from seeing friends or family — a hallmark sign of coercive and controlling behaviour.
The abuse left her frightened, trapped, and unsafe.
