BENJAMIN STUART'S HORRIFIC ABUSE IN BASILDON: 14-YEAR SENTENCE FOR CHILD RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT

In April 2016, Benjamin Leigh Stuart, a 25-year-old resident of Basildon, was brought before Basildon Crown Court to face serious charges related to the abuse of two young girls. The court heard that Stuart had committed heinous acts of sexual violence against the victims, who were both under the age of 13 at the time of the assaults.

Stuart pleaded guilty to multiple counts, including two counts of rape involving the two children, as well as two counts of sexual assault on the same victims. Additionally, he admitted to a further count of sexual assault of a child.
