POLICE APPEAL TO FIND WANTED NORTH TYNESIDE MAN OVER BREACH OF RESTRAINING ORDER
A North Tyneside man is wanted by police in connection with breaching a restraining order.Northumbria Police officers have now appealed for help to find the man, Ben McKenna, 27.
McKenna is thought to be "actively evading" arrest.
The force also reminded the public that harbouring a wanted individual is an offence in itself - and anyone doing so could face prosecution.
In a statement, officers said: "Officers are appealing for the public’s help to locate a wanted North Tyneside man.
Ben McKenna, aged 27, is wanted in connection with breaching a restraining order." "McKenna is understood to be actively evading arrest and extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate him.
Members of the public are reminded that harbouring a wanted person is an offence and those involved could face prosecution." "Anyone with information on McKenna’s whereabouts should send Northumbria Police a DM on social media or use the live chat and report forms on the Force website."
