ASHLEY JAMES LOXDALE – SWANSEA MAN SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES
Ashley James Loxdale has been sentenced at Swansea Crown Court after pleading guilty to sexual offences.The hearing took place on 7 October 2025.
Loxdale received a 20-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
He must also undertake a 12-month Alcohol Treatment Requirement and participate in 30 days of Rehabilitation Activity.
In addition, Loxdale must register with the police for 10 years under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order until 6 October 2035.
The order includes restrictions such as being prohibited from living in the same household as any female child under 16 unless authorised by social services.
He was also ordered to pay a £187 court surcharge.
The sentence was imposed following Loxdale’s guilty plea, with the court citing both treatment and monitoring requirements as part of efforts to manage his risk in the community.
