ANTHONY CRADDOCK FROM ILLOGAN HIGHWAY, REDRUTH JAILED FOR CRUELTY TO FIVE-MONTH-OLD SON
In a deeply disturbing case that has shocked the community, Anthony Craddock, a 22-year-old resident of Illogan Highway in Redruth, Cornwall, has been sentenced to five years in prison for inflicting severe injuries on his infant son, Dillan Ninnis.
The young child, who was only five months old at the time, suffered an alarming number of injuries, including 18 fractured ribs and extensive bruising across his head and body.
These injuries were so severe that they were likened by medical professionals to those typically seen in victims of high-speed road accidents.
Craddock was found guilty of two counts of child cruelty through willful assault during his trial at Truro Crown Court.
