MAN SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS IMPRISONMENT FOR RAPE

A man from Trowbridge has received a six-year prison sentence after being convicted of rape.

Andrew Hews, aged 38 and residing on Frome Road in Trowbridge, was in court at Salisbury Crown on May 20.

The crime occurred in Trowbridge, where Hews recorded himself assaulting the woman while she was unconscious and later showed her the video of the assault.
