ANDREW GODDARD FROM EXETER CHARGED WITH CHILD INDECENCY OFFENSES AT ST DAVIDS HILL
Andrew Geoffrey Goddard, aged 63 and a resident of St Davids Hill in Exeter, has admitted to serious criminal charges involving the creation of indecent images of children.The offenses took place over a period spanning from September 29, 2020, to November 1, 2020, during which he produced a total of 47 images classified as Category A.
