A train station flasher has been banned from taking off his trousers in public unless it is to go to the toilet - but only if the door is closed and locked.

Adam Prosser was seen exposing his penis to a fellow traveller at Camborne train station.

He was arrested in connection with the incident on December 16 last year.

The 48-year-old from Weeth Road, Camborne, was charged with one count of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.

As well as receiving a prison sentence for 18 weeks suspended for two years, Prosser received 25 days of rehabilitation activity.

Magistrates in Bodmin also imposed a sexual harm prevention order for seven years.

As part of the prohibitions in place against Prosser, he is banned from travelling on any train or entering any railway station in the United Kingdom while under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or substance.

He is also banned from approaching, touching, or making any attempts to communicate with any lone female unknown to him, while on any form of public transport or in any railway station in the United Kingdom, save for where it is inadvertent and not reasonably avoidable in the course of lawful daily life.

Prosser is also banned from entering or remaining in a train carriage in which there is only a lone female occupant unless by accident or it is unavoidable.

He must not sit immediately next to or opposite any lone female unknown to him while on any form of public transport or at any railway station.

Finally, the banning order prohibits Prosser from undoing, loosening or removing, totally or partially, any item of clothing below the waist, while in any public place save for when using toilet facilities with the door closed and locked.
