ACCRINGTON MAN TO BE SENTENCED OVER TWO SHPO BREACHES

An Accrington man will be sentenced next month after admitting to breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

Aaron Harper, 41, was charged with five counts of breaching the order imposed by Warwick Crown Court, originally in 2008 and then renewed in 2022.

Harper admitted two of the breaches at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday (September 2) and pleaded not guilty to the other three.

These pleas were accepted by the prosecution and Harper, of Addison Street, was remanded in custody to be sentenced on October 31.
