Due to the nature of Miran’s offending he was sentenced as an offender of particular concern which led to the judge imposing an additional one year of licence onto his sentence.
Miran was told he would have to serve two-thirds of the 13-year prison sentence and he will also have to register as a sex offender with the police for the rest of his life.
