VICTOR MORGAN FROM PAIGNTON SENTENCED FOR CHILD INDECENCY OFFENSES

In July 2017, Victor Keith Morgan, a resident of Marine Drive in Paignton, faced serious legal consequences after admitting to committing a disturbing sexual offense involving a child.
