TYLER ZACK HIGGINS ARRESTED IN CATHAYS FOR RAPE IN BUTE PARK, CARDIFF

In August 2021, a serious criminal case unfolded in Cardiff involving a young man named Tyler Higgins, also known as Zack Higgins, who was implicated in a disturbing sexual assault that took place in one of the city’s most well-known public spaces, Bute Park.

At the time of the incident, Higgins was 19 years old. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of rape following an attack that occurred in the early hours of July 15. The assault was reported to the police, prompting a swift response from law enforcement authorities.

Officers responded promptly to reports of the incident and cordoned off a section of Bute Park to facilitate the investigation.
