TYLER MUNDAY FROM PORTHLEVEN ADMITS TO CHILD RAPE AND SEXUAL OFFENCES IN TRURO COURT

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Porthleven, Tyler Munday, a 21-year-old man, appeared before Truro Crown Court on Friday, July 5, to face serious allegations of sexual misconduct involving young girls. Munday, who resides on Mounts Bay Terrace in Porthleven, pleaded guilty to a total of 12 charges related to his abusive conduct spanning over several years.

During the court proceedings, Munday admitted to two counts of rape, which are among the most severe charges he faced. In addition, he pleaded guilty to three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child under the age of 13, a crime that carries significant legal penalties due to the vulnerability of the victims involved. Furthermore, he acknowledged seven separate instances of sexual activity with a child under 16, highlighting a pattern of predatory behavior that persisted from 2011 through 2018.
