MAN TO BE SENTENCED FOR SEX ATTACKS ON TWO YOUNG GIRLS

A man from Wiltshire is scheduled to face sentencing next week after being convicted of sexual offenses involving two young girls.

Troy Gibbs, aged 44 and residing on Westwood Road in Corsham, was found guilty at Winchester Crown Court of four serious crimes related to the abuse of two female children aged 8 and 11.

In December 2025, a jury convicted Gibbs of two counts of assaulting a girl under the age of 13 through vaginal penetration, as well as one count each of sexual assault of a girl under 13 and inciting or causing a girl under 13 to participate in sexual activities.

Following the verdict, Gibbs was remanded into custody.

He is expected to be sentenced at Winchester Crown Court on Monday, 23 March.
