TEENAGE WOMAN’S BRAVE WARNING AFTER ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT, DOMESTIC ABUSE AND DEATH THREATS
A 19-year-old woman has spoken out after claiming she was subjected to a terrifying campaign of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking and threats by her ex-partner.The man named in the post is Tomas Millington, 19, who is understood to be originally from the Wythenshawe area before moving to Gorton/Abbey Hey.
The woman says the pair were only together for a short period, beginning their relationship on May 29, before things broke down around June 7.
But she claims what followed left her traumatised, frightened and struggling to feel safe.
She alleges that after the relationship ended, Millington repeatedly contacted her asking for money, claiming he had no food and nowhere to turn.
She says she later realised the money was allegedly being spent on cannabis rather than essentials.
The woman claims that on June 17, she was pressured and coerced into performing a sexual act after being told it was the only way she would be allowed to sleep in his bed.
She says she felt trapped and frightened due to her history of seizures and fear of sleeping somewhere unsafe.
She then alleges that on June 21, she was sexually assaulted again.
Later that evening, she claims an explicit photo was taken of her without her knowledge or consent.
The woman also alleges she was grabbed by the wrist, dragged across a bedroom and thrown to the floor, leaving her physically hurt and emotionally shattered.
After reporting the matter to police, Millington was arrested and later released on bail.
However, the woman claims he went on to breach his bail conditions by contacting her through an old Messenger account and sending threatening messages.
She says she received terrifying threats that he would find her and kill her, as well as claims he would kidnap her, tie her up and hurt her.
According to the post, Millington is facing serious allegations including stalking involving fear of violence, sending threats to kill, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm against another alleged victim.
The woman also claims police told her Millington is already on the sex offenders register until he turns 22.
She further alleges that after their split, he began speaking to a 16-year-old girl and sent her explicit images of himself before becoming angry when she refused to engage in sexual conversations.
Millington is said to have appeared at magistrates’ court on Monday for a plea hearing, but the case was adjourned until August 1.
The woman says she has been told he has now been remanded to HMP Liverpool until that date.
Speaking about the impact, she said she feels broken, frightened and vulnerable, adding that police have classed her as a high-risk victim.
She is now urging anyone else who believes they may have been harmed, threatened, manipulated or abused by Millington to come forward and speak to police.
This is not about revenge.
