MAN JAILED FOR RAPING TEENAGE GIRL IN THE WEST END, IN 'PREDATORY AND HARROWING' ALLEYWAY ATTACK
Timothy King, of Kilburn in north-west London, was sentenced to 21 years in prison after raping a teenage girl in the West End of London.He was also convicted of further offences including raping a woman in Slough on October 9, after which he was tracked down by police.
King was found guilty of three counts of rape, one count of false imprisonment, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and perverting the course of justice at Reading Crown Court on August 1 this year.
He received a sentence of seven years' extended licence upon sentencing.
The police described the attack as 'predatory and harrowing,' exploiting the victim's vulnerabilities and causing long-lasting trauma.
Detective Sergeant Sophie McLoughlin highlighted the joint effort with Thames Valley Police to ensure King was taken off the streets to prevent further offences.
