THOMAS THROSSELL'S BRUTAL ASSAULT IN CARDIFF LEADS TO THREE-YEAR DETENTION AND RESTRAINING ORDER

Thomas Throssell, a 25-year-old man from Cardiff, was involved in a violent and disturbing assault that has left a lasting impact on his victims and the local community.
