❌⚠️Thomas Butler ⚠️❌ A prolific offender has been touching and kissing a 14-year-old child at a party.
Thomas Butler, whose address was listed as Eastchurch, Sheerness, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday, May 14.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of non penetrative sexual activity with a girl.
The offences took place on October 31, 2024.
Christopher Pembridge, prosecuting, told the court Butler and the girl were part of a group who met for a Halloween party.
The court heard they had met previously.
The girl had told Police that butler had sent her inappropriate messages, including requests for naked pictures.
Mr Pembridge told the courts how the pair had met at a park and drank alcohol.
The girl fell asleep on a beach with her head in his lap Butler then began to stroke the child's hair, back and inappropriate areas After this Butler took the child to a house party where he took her into a bedroom and started kissing this intoxicated child The child told police Butler was "full on" , police attended Butlers address where he made off on foot via a window Police caught up and arrested him The court heard Butler was threatening the child over the phone telling her "I'm going to kill you " and "I'm going to cut your nose up" He was given an 8 month prison sentence 5 years sexual harm prevention order and must comply with notifications requirements for 10 years https://www.bicesteradvertiser.net/news/26108090.banbury---man-sentenced-sexually-touching-kissing-14-year-old/
