SHEERNESS COCAINE USER WHO THREATENED TO KILL EX AND CARVED HER INITIALS INTO DOOR GIVEN RESTRAINING ORDER
A cocaine user who turned up at his former partner’s home in Sheerness began shouting abuse and making threats after she refused to let him in.On February 9th, around 6:30 am, he banging on the door and shouted abuse, including "I’m going to kill you, you skank." Later, he scratched her initials into her front door.
When later arrested and searched, a small quantity of cocaine was found on him.
Morgan admitted possession of the drug and criminal damage, with charges dropped initially but later pled guilty.
He was sentenced at Medway Magistrates' Court to fines totaling £275, ordered to pay court costs and a victim surcharge, and was issued a three-year restraining order banning him from approaching the woman or her home.
