TERENCE O’REILLY FROM SOUTH ELMSALL SENTENCED FOR DECADES OF SEXUAL ABUSE IN WAKEFIELD

In a significant development in the fight against historic child sexual abuse, Terence O’Reilly, a 78-year-old man from South Elmsall, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after admitting to a series of serious sexual offences committed over several decades. The sentencing took place at Leeds Crown Court on a recent Monday, where O’Reilly received a 26-year prison sentence following his guilty pleas to 17 separate charges involving two victims.

These charges encompass a disturbing range of sexual misconduct, including six counts of rape against a child.
