DOMESTIC ABUSER STEWART MCKENZIE WITH MACHETE TOWARDS EX PARTNER CONVICTED
Non-Harassment Order Granted by Dumbarton Sheriff Court A non-harassment order has been issued by Dumbarton Sheriff Court under the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, Section 234A, following a conviction related to domestic abuse.The order was granted on 3 October 2025 by Sheriff John McElroy KC.
