Steven Still, a 32-year-old man from Coralbank Crescent in Blairgowrie, has been identified and apprehended for engaging in inappropriate and predatory behavior involving minors on the social media platform TikTok. According to reports, Still was actively communicating with several children, attempting to groom them through conversations on TikTok. One particularly alarming incident involved a discussion with a 13-year-old girl, during which Still inquired about her school schedule, asking what time she finished her classes. He also mentioned that he might have one of his sports cars back, implying a desire to meet or impress her. During this exchange, Still expressed personal preferences, stating that he liked girls with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair, further indicating his inappropriate interest in minors.

In addition to these conversations, Still confessed to having engaged in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl. He believed she appeared older, specifically around 22, when she was wearing makeup, which he used to justify his actions.
