STEPHEN KING FROM CHIPPENHAM ESCAPES JAIL AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT ON CHILD

In a case that has shocked the community of Chippenham, Stephen King, a 28-year-old resident of Heron Way, narrowly avoided imprisonment despite admitting to serious allegations of sexual misconduct involving a minor.

King appeared before North West Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court last month, where he pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a young girl who, for legal reasons, cannot be named. The court proceedings revealed the disturbing nature of the offenses, which involved King engaging in inappropriate and sexual touching of the child.

Additionally, they imposed a five-year ban preventing him from being unaccompanied in any dwelling with anyone under 18, and he was explicitly prohibited from making contact with the victim.
