ILKESTON PERVERT SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
A perverted grandfather from Derbyshire told a 14-year-old girl he would book a hotel room for the two of them so he could sexually abuse her.Over the space of six days, Stephen Badder also made repeated demands for images of the victim’s breasts and private parts and sent her videos and images in which he was touching himself.
But unbeknown to the 54-year-old, of Ilkeston, “Sophie” was, in actual fact, self-styled paedophile hunters who came to his address and live-streamed their confrontation on Facebook.
Jailing the defendant for 32 months at Nottingham Crown Court, Judge Mark Watson said: “In your conversations with her, your clear aim was sexual excitement on your part and you made repeated requests for photographs of her breasts and (private parts).
“You were persistent with your requests and you told that child you could go to prison as a result of the conversations, indicating you knew the consequences.
Your conversations with her were extremely graphic and made it plain you had a sexual interest in children.
