BRADFORD MEN JAILED FOR SICK SEX ATTACK ON TEENS
Stanislav Himal, aged 35 from Runswick Terrace, Bradford, was involved in a horrific sexual attack on two teenage girls who had gone missing from a Bradford care home in 2019.The court heard that Himal approached the girls in the early hours, claiming he was trying to find an address, and the girls, thinking they might obtain alcohol or cigarettes, agreed to help.
Himal then took them to a house on Derby Street, where both teenagers endured sexual assaults.
During the incident, one girl was pushed upstairs and into a room by Himal, where she resisted and shouted out.
Despite her efforts to fight him off, Himal sexually assaulted her, with her screams prompting her friend to intervene and tell Himal to cease.
Subsequently, the other girl was taken into another room by Jozef Fedor, who also abused her.
The court also noted that Fedor earlier kissed one of the teenagers and attempted to remove her leggings.
After the attacks, the girls fled the scene, leaving behind their trainers and jackets, and managed to seek help from a passing member of the public, leading to police involvement.
Himal and Fedor denied the charges, but they were found guilty by a jury.
The judge sentenced them to prison but indicated that they could face deportation if their jail sentence exceeded 12 months.
The court ordered both to register as sex offenders and to be subject to a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
