CORNISH MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO MAKING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN IN ST AUSTELL

SIMON WAGEMAKERS, 42, of Fairfield Close, St Austell pleaded guilty to three charges of making still and moving indecent images of children including the most serious Category A at Penhaligon Way, St Austell in 2023.

He was given a community order and must have mental health treatment for 12 months and do 250 hours unpaid work and register with the police for five years.

He was also made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order limiting his use of the internet.

He has to pay a £114 surcharge and £85 costs.
