A woman named Shelby Russel, aged 29, residing on Lupton Road in Sheffield, has been officially convicted of causing unnecessary suffering to her animals through neglect and abandonment. The case drew significant attention after RSPCA officers responded to distress reports concerning her pets, which included two cats and three dogs. When authorities arrived at her residence, they discovered the animals living in appalling conditions, surrounded by their own waste, and suffering from severe dehydration and malnutrition.
