SAM KING FROM WESTON SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC SEXUAL OFFENSES AND BESTIALITY CRIMES

Sam King, a 33-year-old resident of Weston-Super-Mare, has been sentenced to prison following a series of heinous crimes involving sexual abuse and exploitation. The conviction was handed down at Bristol Crown Court, where King was found guilty of multiple serious charges, including the creation and possession of indecent images of minors, possession of bestiality images depicting acts with animals, voyeurism involving a minor in a state of undress, and sexual assault of young girls.

King's criminal activities spanned a disturbing range of offenses. It was revealed that he had secretly taken close-up photographs of a young girl while she was asleep, capturing intimate images of her private areas without her knowledge. This act of voyeurism was part of a broader pattern of predatory behavior, which also involved surreptitiously recording a female victim on 37 separate occasions while she was using the bathroom. These recordings were made without her consent and constitute a grave invasion of her privacy.

In addition to these voyeuristic acts, King committed physical assaults. He threatened a victim before restraining her against a wall, where he forcibly kissed and assaulted her. He also coerced her into drinking alcohol, which led to her vomiting and losing consciousness. Such actions highlight the extent of his predatory conduct and disregard for the victims' well-being.

The court proceedings detailed the severity of the charges against King, which included the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl and two separate charges of sexual assault involving a 15-year-old female minor. The charges also encompassed an incident where an 18-year-old or older individual engaged in non-penetrative sexual activity with a minor aged between 13 and 15 years.

The investigation uncovered a disturbing collection of images on King's phone, which included not only the illegal photographs of his victims but also downloaded child sexual abuse material from the internet. Among the most shocking content were images and videos depicting bestiality, such as a human penis inserted into a snake, a dog engaging in oral stimulation of a female while she performed oral sex on a man, a horse copulating with a woman, and a man having sexual relations with a chicken. These images provided King with sexual gratification and are indicative of his deeply disturbing sexual interests.

Sam King, originally from Bristol but residing in Weston, was sentenced to a total of three years and seven months in prison. The court ordered that he serve half of this sentence before being eligible for release. Furthermore, a restraining order was imposed, lasting 12 years, to protect both victims from any contact with King. He is also required to register as a sex offender for life and has been issued a 12-year sexual harm prevention order, emphasizing the seriousness of his crimes and the ongoing risk he poses to the community.
