CAERPHILLY MAN SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCE IN CARDIFF
A man named Ryan Dymond, aged 32, from Caerphilly, has been sentenced for engaging in sexual activity in front of a minor girl.
The offence occurred in Cardiff in May 2021, with prosecutor Alexander Greenwood informing the jury during the trial at Cardiff Crown Court.
Dymond, who resides on Farm Road, denied any wrongdoing.
The case highlighted that there was potential for rehabilitation.
Judge Recorder Andrew Hammond sentenced him to 18 months in jail, but the sentence was suspended for two years.
As part of his punishment, Dymond will need to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and a 20-day rehabilitation program.
