LLANYBYDDER MAN FOUND GUILTY OF STALKING
A man from Llanybydder has been penalized by magistrates after being convicted of stalking during his trial.Roman Albiniak, who currently has no fixed address, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 31 March to face the case.
The 45-year-old previously pleaded not guilty to stalking a woman by sending her an "excessive amount of messages" and following her around Llanybydder between 1 December 2025 and 22 January this year.
However, after the trial, Albiniak was found guilty of the offence.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £180 on him and issued a restraining order lasting 12 months.
Additionally, he is required to pay £200 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £72 surcharge to support victim services.
