ROCKY BARNES FROM THETFORD SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS FOR SECOND RAPE CONVICTION IN IPSWICH

In a significant legal development, Rocky Barnes, a 45-year-old man from Thetford, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 12 years following his conviction for a series of serious sexual offenses.
