ROBIN MALKA FROM CLAPHAM AND KENNINGTON SENTENCED FOR TWISTED CHILD SEX PLOT IN LONDON
In a disturbing case that has shocked the London community, Robin Malka, aged 38, was convicted of a series of heinous crimes involving child exploitation and abuse.Malka, who has connections to both Clapham and Kennington, was found guilty of plotting to sexually abuse children and possessing a vast collection of indecent images.
His actions, which revealed a deeply depraved mindset, have led to a significant legal response from authorities.
Malka’s criminal activities came to light after he was apprehended at Mile End Tube station in East London on November 13 of the previous year.
Undercover police officers had been monitoring online chatrooms where Malka openly discussed his disturbing intentions.
During these conversations, he expressed a desire to father children with the explicit aim of sexually abusing them, revealing a twisted and dangerous obsession with children.
His online alias, 'dom4padeomom,' was used to communicate with officers posing as individuals interested in similar illicit activities.
The court heard that Malka engaged in conversations with undercover officers 'Stevie' and 'Craig,' during which he detailed plans to abuse two young girls aged three and five.
He also participated in online groups that promoted incest and child abuse, including 'family fun incest' and 'all about incest,' further illustrating his involvement in a network of similarly depraved individuals.
In addition to these disturbing online exchanges, Malka admitted to possessing 721 indecent images of children, including photographs and videos classified as level five, the most severe category which encompasses images involving sadism and bestiality.
He also confessed to distributing over 30 films and photographs depicting child abuse.
These admissions formed a significant part of his sentencing, which reflected the severity of his crimes.
Malka pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including arranging a child sex offence, possessing indecent images of children, and distributing such images.
The court sentenced him to four years in prison, with the sentences for possession and distribution running concurrently.
This means he will serve a minimum of three years before being eligible for parole.
Additionally, he was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and was issued a Sexual Offences Prevention Order, which remains in effect indefinitely.
His criminal record also includes a prior conviction from the United States, where he served a year in Miami Circuit Court in 2006 for possessing indecent images, followed by a decade of probation.
This history underscores the persistent nature of his offending behavior.
Prosecutor Peter Zinner described Malka’s online profile as revealing a 'depraved and twisted plan' to meet with a female and breed children for sexual abuse.
He emphasized that police investigations confirmed Malka’s status as a genuine threat to children, citing explicit online content and evidence of previous abuse.
The prosecutor highlighted that Malka’s conversations with 'Stevie' and 'Craig' involved detailed discussions about raping young girls and having a baby girl through specific sexual positions, with Malka explicitly stating that he believed having sex with babies was 'natural and beautiful.' Defense attorney Charles Shelton acknowledged Malka’s troubled background, citing a difficult relationship with his mother.
He suggested that the boundary between fantasy and reality was blurred in Malka’s case and questioned whether further steps might have been taken had he not been caught.
Malka’s sentencing marks a significant step in protecting the community from a man whose actions and online activities demonstrated a clear and present danger to children.
