DURSLEY MAN TO BE SENTENCED FOR RACIAL AND HOMOPHOBIC STALKING
A STALKER who shouted racial and homophobic abuse at a victim in Dursley is due to be sentenced by a crown court judge.Cheltenham Magistrates Court heard how Pole, aged 50, of School Road, Dursley, shouted abuse outside the victim's home.
He admitted two charges of stalking involving serious alarm or distress plus, one charge of causing racially aggravated harassment, two counts of using threatening behaviour and one charge of causing criminal damage at a hearing on October 10.
The offences occurred between October 6 and October 9.
Pole shouted racial language at the victim outside his home on two days, and homophobic abuse on the same dates.
He also caused racially aggravated harassment on October 7 and used threatening words or behaviour on October 8, including criminal damage to a bird feeder.
He will be sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on November 7.
