PHILLIP ARGYLE FROM ORLETON GUILTY OF SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST A CHILD IN WORCESTER
In a serious case heard at Worcester Crown Court, Phillip Argyle, a resident of Church Lane in Orleton, Shropshire, faced the court to admit guilt on multiple charges related to sexual offences committed against a young child.The proceedings took place on Thursday, 24 August, and the defendant, aged 54, acknowledged his involvement in a series of disturbing acts that spanned several years.
Argyle pleaded guilty to a total of 12 separate charges, which included the heinous crimes of raping a child under the age of 13, engaging in sexual penetration of a child under 13, and inciting a child under 13 to participate in sexual activities.
Additionally, he admitted to engaging in sexual acts in the presence of a child, further compounding the severity of his actions.
The court also heard that he was responsible for eight counts of sexual assault by touching a child under 13, highlighting the extent of his misconduct.
