PHILIP WEBB FROM PONTLLANFRAITH GUILTY OF CHILD SEX ABUSE IN CARDIFF COURT

In a case that has shocked the local community, Philip Webb, a 42-year-old man from Hill View, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood, has been found guilty of multiple serious sexual offences involving two young children. The conviction was handed down after a rigorous four-day trial at Cardiff Crown Court, where Webb faced six counts of indecent and sexual assault, along with an additional charge of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

Despite Webb’s persistent denial of the charges, the jury reached a unanimous verdict, declaring him guilty on all counts.
