CROYDON: BROMLEY MAN ADMITS POSSESSING CHILD ABUSE IMAGES

A man has admitted to child abuse image offences.

Peter Williams, 62, of Biggin Hill in Bromley, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 10, and pleaded guilty to three counts of making an indecent photograph of a child.

The charges relate to 1,415 images.

He also admitted to two counts of distributing an indecent photograph of a child, involving 20 videos.

The court heard that all of the offences took place in Croydon, south London.

Williams will be sentenced at Croydon Crown Court on a date yet to be set.

He has been released on conditional bail.

A pre-sentence report was ordered.
