PETER HOWARD INDICTED FOR ABUSE IN HITCHIN AND HARPENDEN
In a case that has shocked the local communities of Hitchin and Harpenden, Peter Howard, a 40-year-old man and partner at Roland's Carpets located on Church Green Row, has been convicted of serious sexual offenses involving a 14-year-old boy.The incident, which spanned several months, culminated in Howard being sentenced to 18 months in prison by Luton Crown Court.
