PAUL NEAVE FROM BREASTON AND WINWICK SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN DERBYSHIRE
In a deeply disturbing case that has shocked the communities of Breaston and Winwick in Derbyshire, Paul Neave, a 51-year-old professional session musician, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after being found guilty of heinous crimes involving the sexual abuse and exploitation of young girls.
Neave's offending came to light after police investigations uncovered a series of videos and images stored on hard drives, which he had transferred from a camera used to record himself engaging in sexual acts with the victims.
These recordings, which depicted the most horrific acts of abuse, were stored in a unit at a farm in Northamptonshire, where they were discovered more than ten years after the crimes took place.
The court heard that Neave had groomed the young girls with sweets and cash, luring them into situations where he could carry out his depraved acts.
The victims, now adults, bravely provided impact statements describing the lasting trauma inflicted upon them.
