Paul Hinton, born on July 11, 1975, and residing at Borough Road, Darlington DL1 1SG, became the subject of a deeply disturbing case of animal cruelty that has shocked the local community and animal welfare advocates alike.According to reports, Hinton was involved in a brutal incident where he deliberately inflicted harm upon a stray dog.

It was horrific.” In the aftermath of the case, the court sentenced Hinton to a 10-week prison term.
