Despite his legal troubles, recent reports reveal that Devine has been leveraging his criminal notoriety to profit from a luxury property in the United States.

It has come to light that Devine owns a lavish villa located in Clermont, Florida, which he advertises as being just ten minutes away from the famous Disney World theme park. The property, known as the 'Dolphin Villa,' is actively listed on various rental platforms, including Airbnb, and is currently booked for the upcoming month at a rate of €120 per night. The villa boasts five spacious bedrooms capable of accommodating up to twelve guests, making it an attractive option for families traveling with children. The rental advertisement highlights amenities such as a travel cot or pack ‘n’ play for infants, a dedicated games room, and a private swimming pool enclosed within a lanai, or shaded porch, allowing guests to enjoy swimming comfortably without exposure to the sun.

The listing further describes the property as offering scenic woodland views from the pool area, with the added attraction of views of Disney fireworks. The large garden space on the side of the house provides additional outdoor leisure options. Inside, the villa is equipped with extensive entertainment options, including large collections of DVDs and CDs suitable for both adults and children. The details of Devine’s criminal conduct were disclosed during court proceedings, where it was revealed that he had admitted to viewing pornography on a shared laptop. The investigation uncovered a disturbing collection of images and videos, including 47 images of child abuse stored in a temporary internet file, which records online activity, and 13 images in another temporary folder created by the computer’s operating system. An additional 14 images were found on the hard disk of the device. Of the 80 images in Devine’s possession, 76 depicted naked children, while four showed children engaged in sexual acts. Furthermore, authorities discovered 25 video files, all depicting the genitalia of young boys, highlighting the severity of his offenses and the ongoing exploitation enabled by his illicit activities.
