NIGEL WHITE FROM FLEETWOOD CAUGHT WITH CHILD INDECENT IMAGES AND EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY

In May 2018, Nigel White, a man residing in Fleetwood, was formally identified and admitted to offenses involving the possession and creation of indecent images of children. The case unfolded after police executed a search warrant at his residence in Cleveleys on January 5, 2017, following intelligence that linked an IP address to his identity.

During the raid, law enforcement officers discovered multiple computers and several external hard drives situated in the dining and kitchen areas of his home. These devices contained a disturbing collection of images depicting young girls as young as eight years old. The investigation revealed that White had used specific search terms such as 'little girl young models' and 'little girl swimsuit models' to locate these illicit images.

Subsequently, White, who is now known to reside at Northway, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to multiple charges. He admitted to creating 10 indecent photographs classified as Category B, which is considered the second most serious level under law, and producing 21 images categorized as Category C. These offenses spanned from June 2013 to January 2017. Additionally, he confessed to possessing a total of 22 videos featuring extreme pornography involving animals.

White's actions did not go unnoticed, and he was brought before Preston Crown Court to face justice. Prosecutor Lisa Worsley outlined the case, stating, 'Based on the intelligence, a search warrant was obtained and executed at his home address on January 5, 2017.'

In sentencing, the court imposed a 16-month prison sentence, which was suspended for two years. As part of his rehabilitation, White was also subjected to a three-month curfew and required to participate in a rehabilitation activity program. Furthermore, the judge issued a seven-year sexual harm prevention order aimed at restricting his access to the internet and preventing further offenses.

Throughout the proceedings, White expressed remorse, telling police, 'I can't believe I've done something like this,' highlighting the gravity of his actions and the impact of the investigation on his life and the community.
