CONTROLLING DAD-OF-THREE STALKED EX AND CALLED HER 150 TIMES AFTER BEING DUMPED
A man with three children and a controlling personality has been sentenced to prison after stalking his former partner.Nicholas Quaile targeted the mother of his children from May 29 to June 4 of the previous year.
During the court proceedings at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court, it was disclosed that the 40-year-old did not accept the end of their relationship, especially after she moved to her mother’s house.
Quaile persistently drove past her home and made around 150 phone calls to her.
At the time, he was on licence and had a criminal record that included six convictions covering 15 separate offenses.
He has now received an 18-week prison sentence.
Quaile, residing on Meadowside Avenue, Audley, admitted to charges of stalking without causing fear or alarm, as well as driving without a valid licence and without third-party insurance.
Along with his prison sentence, a restraining order has been put in place for ten years, and he faces a one-year driving ban.
