NICHOLAS MARVIN FROM ST HELIER SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX ABUSE IN JERSEY

A man residing in St Helier, Jersey, Nicholas Marvin, has been handed a prison sentence exceeding five years after being found guilty of sexually abusing two young children, one of whom was only three years old at the time of the abuse. The court proceedings revealed that Marvin, aged 51, committed multiple indecent assaults against the victims, with the abuse beginning when they were very young and continuing over a span of several years.

Following his conviction, Marvin was also ordered to comply with a ten-year sex offender registration requirement and was issued a restraining order to prevent any contact with the victims or their families.
