TORQUAY MAN JAILED FOR GROOMING AND CHILD SEXUAL OFFENCES
Turkish Immigrant Muratt Ozgun, the Torquay Paedophile, expressed that he felt ‘deceived’ upon discovering that the adolescent female was, in fact, a police decoy.
He had been communicating with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl for several months, during which he transmitted explicit films of himself engaging in sexual acts, along with fervent descriptions of his intentions upon their meeting.
Muratt Ozgun, 40 years old, previously of Walnut Road, Torquay, was sentenced to 21 months in prison after confessing to three offences: attempting to meet a kid after sexual grooming, attempting to engage in sexual communication, and attempting to induce a child to observe a sexual act.
Muratt Ozgun is required to register as a sex offender for a period of 10 years and is subjected to a sexual harm prevention order for the same duration.
