MAN LIVING IN WIRRAL CHARGED WITH SEXUALLY ASSAULTING YOUNG GIRL IN SWINDON

A man residing in Wirral has made an appearance in court facing allegations of sexually assaulting a young girl in Swindon.

Murad Talhawie, whose address is The Kings Gap in Hoylake, is charged with the indecent assault of a girl under the age of 13 through physical contact.

The 51-year-old is accused of committing this offence in Swindon on January 15 of the previous year.

He appeared before Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 7, and was granted conditional bail pending further proceedings.

A trial has been scheduled for July 15, during which the case will be heard.

The defendant is expected to return to Swindon Magistrates Court on that date.
