MICHAEL MCCASH FROM DUNDEE SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC ABUSE OF FORMER GIRLFRIENDS
A man from Dundee, Michael McCash, has been sentenced to three years in prison after a series of brutal and disturbing assaults on four women who were once his romantic partners.
The court heard that McCash, who falsely presented himself as an advocate for addiction recovery, subjected these women to a pattern of violent and degrading treatment over an extended period of eight years, from 2008 to 2016.
During the proceedings at Dundee Sheriff Court, it was revealed that McCash's actions included threats, physical assaults, spitting, choking, and other forms of abuse.
Some of his victims, notably young women still in their teens at the time, endured severe physical injuries.
One woman recounted that on her 21st birthday, she received two black eyes and a swollen face as a result of McCash’s violence.
