MATTHEW LOGAN FROM AUCHTERARDER CONVICTED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT IN SCOTLAND

A man named Matthew Logan, who previously worked as a supermarket supervisor in the town of Auchterarder, has been found guilty of committing sexual assault against a female colleague. The court proceedings revealed disturbing details about Logan’s inappropriate behavior during her shift at the supermarket.

According to the evidence presented, Logan engaged in multiple acts of misconduct within the first hour of her work. He touched her inappropriately on at least three separate occasions, including touching her back and hugging her despite her clear objections. The court also heard that Logan approached her again to describe a sexual dream he claimed to have had, using graphic language that further contributed to her discomfort and sense of violation.

The victim testified during the trial, describing how she felt deeply violated by Logan’s actions. She explained that the incident was so distressing that she ultimately decided to leave her job at the supermarket, citing her inability to continue working in such an environment after the assault.
