In a disturbing case that has sent shockwaves through the community, Mark Woodley, a resident of Milton Keynes, faced the courts this week after being found guilty of possessing an extensive collection of child abuse images. The case unfolded at Aylesbury Crown Court, where Woodley, who was 39 years old at the time, appeared on his birthday to face serious allegations involving the possession of thousands of indecent images of children, some depicting the most heinous acts imaginable.

Woodley's arrest followed a voluntary admission to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, where he disclosed to medical staff that he was suffering from gender dysphoria.
